The bear and his musical instrument are two separate pieces.
These traditional \'smoking men\' are incense burners......they separate in the middle to allow placement of the incense cone, and as it burns the smoke curls out of the figure\'s mouth!
The music is hand-crank style, and is located in the organ, with the crank on the side. The tune it plays is \"Edelweiss.\" The music plays very nicely.
This figure has never been used for burning incense. there is a paint chip on the bear\'s face and one on the hand. Also a round bare spot on the organ.
