The instructor spent several tours in war zones so is speaking from experience. He is not simply some guy who took a shooting class and now thinks he is a hot shot because he can hit a target. This instructor knows what it is like to be alone in the jungle for weeks at a time with little sleep and food while himself being hunted by the enemy and attacked by insects all of which is a major game changer. If you spent some time in Vietnam you know what I am talking about.
