  • An antique brass and copper horse grooming tool i.e. horse hair or mane singer with a total length of 12.25 in (310 mm) and with a maximum width of 4 in (102 mm).It would have been fuelled by paraffin, the flow of which could be controlled by the tap and the brass section unscrews for access. The tap is impressed GENIUS with a Saturn symbol trademark.The decorative copper section would have had a flat wick or comb which would have been ignited.It is in very good condition with no damage i.e. dings, dents, splits etc.. and would make a great addition to anyone scolection, display etc...
