For sale, a BEAUTIFUL & BELIEVE RARE LARGE SILVER MEDALbelieve issued many years ago in TOKYO, JAPAN.

This is a terrific looking silver medal, which came out of a coin collection.

The original owner attributed this to a company called \"THE FUJINO CALCULATOR CO\" and thought it might be an employee award back in 1920\'s ???

This seems in great shape, original owner said definitely SILVER (sterling orequivalent from that day), but since I do not want to test it, I am just passing this information along….my hope is that the \"right people\" will know exactly what this medal is.

I love the look of this medal, it has the toning of sterling silver, but because I do read Japanese, I cannot confirm how original owner attributed this medal. (I even took pictures with original owner\'s notes, and exactly what his wording is on this pc)

Silver medal is round, thick, believe sterling (likely .850 to .999 silver) weighs 76 grams, and about 55mm in diameter and it displays very nicely.(please see pictures in gallery) NOTE IT HAS ITS \"NATURAL PATINA\". WOULD POLISH UP NICELY, BUT WILL LEAVE TO WINNING buyer
