This beautiful unique exquisitely detailed VINTAGE RARE FINE CAMBRIDGE GLASS COMPANY CROWN TUSCAN CHARLETON ROSES & BOWS COVERED THREE SECTIONED CANDY/RELISH DISH is in excellent condition with no chips, scratches, discolorations, or repairs, does have a very tiny hairline crack on the lid just on the edge of one of the three sections that runs under the lip with no glass missing around the crack, (see picture #6 and at the top of picture #10), and very minor gold paint loss on the three handles of the bottom dish, see pictures. This magnificent piece is in a beautiful pastel pink Crown Tuscan color that is adorned with delicate pink roses, purple asters, surrounded by green leaves with a royal blue bow on top of each of the three clusters on the lid and the base is trimmed in gold on the handles and on the outside of each of the three points. Please note some of the pictures show an unavoidable glare from the overhead lights and camera flash. This dramatic glass dish is 7 7/8 inches wide and 3 ¾ inches high with the lid in place.

Cambridge Glass Company was located in Cambridge, Ohio and operated until it closed in 1954. In 1930, the Cambridge Glass Company hired a brilliant glass chemist by the name of Henry T. Hellmers and he is credited with the development of the Crown Tuscan color.

We have had the pleasure of owning this wonderful decorative piece in our collection for over 25 years. It has been displayed in a glass display case in a completely smoke and pet free Environment. We know this collectible and decorative item would be a wonderful addition to any collection.
