THE BOOKLETS IN SEALED SET #3374 - contain 2 of each of the 5 action stamp designs, identical to the 5 designs issued in the souvenir sheet format. In addition to the 10 stamps, there are also 4 \"stickers\" in each booklet. They are the triangular red and yellow \'Superman\' logo, and three different \'Daily Planet\' logos. This was the newspaper that employed Clark Kent (Superman), ace reporter Lois Lane, and her assistant, Jimmy Olsen.

THE BOOKLET COVERS each show a different and famous Superman Comic book cover. including that of the very first Comic, the first Superman Annual comic, the first \"Action Comics\" cover, and the two most popular \"DC Comics\" covers of all time.

THE BOOKLET\'S HISTORY: is that of a very short-lived Canada Post issue. Canada Post packaged just 6,000 sets of booklets, for easy sale to subscribers; this is set #3374**. Many post offices sold out their quota of Booklets a short time after the day of issue, and the Booklets were completely withdrawn from sale shortly after that. The stamps were to prepay the \"P\" rate (permanent) for a first class letter mailed inside Canada. When the postal rate increases, \"P\" stamps cover the new rate.
