Details:- This is a very important complete sterling silver flatware service by Cartier ~ All matching Cartier pieces from the La Maison De Louis Cartier Collection. Each piece in sterling silver and detailed with Cartier\'s signature rolling rings motif in gold, refer to photographs. Art Deco period revival pattern design on the handles, refer to photographs. The knives having sterling silver handle and stainless steel blade. Total of 223 individual pieces. Complete 9 piece place setting for 24 people, plus 7 table serving pieces. This Cartier sterling silver service comprises of:- 24 Fish Knives, 24 Dinner Knives, 24 Dessert Knives, 24 Fish Forks, 24 Dinner Forks, 24 Dessert Forks, 24 Table Spoons, 24 Dessert Spoons, 24 Coffee Spoons, 2 Serving Forks, 2 Serving Spoons, 2 Cheese Knives and 1 Soup Ladle. The design of the cutlery is sophisticated and elegant. As with any item created by Cartier, this cutlery is of exceptional quality and beautifully designed.

The La Maison De Louis Cartier sterling silver flatware collection was first introduced by Cartier in 1986 ~ The collection is now discontinued ~ Pieces from Cartier\'s La Maison De Louis Cartier Collection are rare to find ~ To come a across a complete Cartier Sterling Silver Service such as this virtually impossible ~ The service has been kept in storage since new and has never been used ~ This is a rare and one of a kind find ~

Paperwork/Certificate:- 111 pieces of the Cartier service were purchased on March 11th 1993 and come with original Cartier Certificate in Cartier red certificate wallet. The remaining 112 pieces were purchased from Cartier later that year.

Accessories:- The cutlery is boxed in sets of six in an original Cartier signature red box with the majority of the pieces still having their individual original Cartier protection transparent plastic wrapper. Each serving piece comes with it\'s original Cartier individual box.

Signatures & Marks:- Each individual piece of the Cartier service is signed "Cartier" "925" with serial number, Cartier markers mark and "Germany". The boxes are signed "Cartier" with Cartier contents details. Plastic protection covers signed "© Cartier 1986".
