This unusual little hinged box from France is from CHAMART one of the most famous producers of genuine Limoges porcelain boxes. This one is documented on the bottom, is hand painted (peint main), and measures 1.5\" high on a 1.25\" x 1\" base. The clasp snaps closed securely and the ormolu fittings are well aligned - no chips, marks or loss of color - satisfaction is guaranteed.
