This is a 19th Century Chinese porcelain baluster vase decorated in underglaze cobalt blue in the typical Kangxi style with a scene of Long Elisa under a pine tree with boys at a fence, flowers, rockwork and bats. Hawthorn pattern border to the shoulder, neck and flared foot. Stepped foot rim and a six character underglaze blue mark inside double circle to base.Height 17.5 cms.Firing crack on inside of rim, otherwise in good condition.
