November 22, 1862 special requisition form, for 59 knapsacks, 59 haversacks, and 59 canteens and straps, requested by J. R. Burr, agent of the Mississippi State Troops. The request was made due to \"One Company not having been supplied\" and was forwarded to A. E. Lore, Quartermaster- General of the State of Mississippi. Signed by both J.R. Burr and A. E. Lore. When unfolded, measures 7.5 x 12\". Condition: Good. Folded into quarters as shown in the photographs. Paper is nice and crisp, and has low acid content. No stains or creases, with the exception of those previously mentioned. \"Jackson\" is written lightly in pencil.
