The return shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. A restocking
fee of 15% of the cost of the item will be deducted from the refund.
In the rare event that there is an error in the listing we will refund
cost + return shipping. All refunds must be pre-arranged and must be
returned to us within14 days of your delivery. We are not responsible
for returned items lost in transit.
We typically ship the same day or within 24 hours of having received your payment for the purchase. If you have purchased multiple items please feel free to request an invoice. That way we can adjust the cost to ship the items together in one box. Also let us know after your first purchase that you will be making additional purchases. We are happy to ship internationally. However please note that as the buyer you are responsible for any taxes and/or duties that your customs office may charge on packages coming from the United States. Customs fees ARE NOT included in the cost of shipping. Additionally, please note that tracking is NOT available for First Class Mail International (the most affordable). If you would like a tracking number for your purchase you MUST select Priority Mail International or Express Mail International as your shipping option. Most often we default to shipping in Flat Rate International Priority Mail Packages as it tends to be cheaper and more reliable.
Payment is expected within 4 business days after sale ends. We accept PayPal only. We will send invoices and reminders if it has not been received within that time frame. After 10 days of non-payment the item will be re-listed resulting in a negative response. However if you simply need more time to pay just email us a quick note and we can work something out.
