Outfit is COMPLETE.Everything on card is MINT and has never been opened. The clear plastic cellophane has not been torn or punctured.The box surrounding the card, is in nice condition, and shows just light wear. Overall, I consider this outfit in excellent condition!Odor free.

Blue raincoat, blue rain scarf, umbrella, white rain boots, red bag, and Tammy booklet.
