The paper is brittle as you might imagine. It has some wrinkles and is flaking in some areas as pictured. There appears to be tape on a couple of spots. There is discoloring.It is stamped with a raised seal.It is signed by General Robert O. Tyler and one other person. The register of the treasury at the time.
It is in a plastic sleeve as you can tell by the photos. It measures approx. 27 1/2\" X 18.\" It is uncut and uncirculated. It will be shipped rolled up, as it was stored.
