Our Process Warranty & Returns Shipping Information About the Seller Our Process:It is best to describe our process by what it is NOT. We don’t really recondition items, because most don’t need it. We do inspect all items, ensure they are mechanically perfect and then send them to you. Many times, we will find a tone arm out of adjustment or a turntable belt that has slipped. Both are easy fixes for our trained technicians.
Our inventory comes to us for a variety of reasons. A majority of the inventory comes from dealer’s returned overstock. Other pieces are customer returns. You know how it is. You get it home and the color or style just isn’t quite what you wanted. And, other items we buy directly from retailers who have distressed inventory. We NEVER buy items that are smoke or water damaged. If you are willing to live with a small cosmetic defect in your Crosley Turntable, Record Player or Jukebox, then we can offer you a great product at a deeply discounted price!
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority! We work hard to ensure your buying process is easy and carefree. If you can’t give us “5 Star” response, then we want to know why!
Warranty & Returns:Your time and business is important to us. We have attempted to make our returns policy as simple as possible.
Non-Defective Items: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item, contact us via the message system with your reason for return and we will process a refund. Your only responsibility will be return shipping of the item. Please remember, all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Items: While we never expect there to be a problem, there are occasions when shipping can be a little tough on these larger electronics. If your Crosley product arrives in non-working condition or fails within 90 days of receipt, please contact us immediately through so that we may correct the problem. We will either make it right, or ship you another at no charge!

Shipping Information:Normal processing time is 1 business day for most items. Jukeboxes may take up to 2 business days. If an order will be delayed by more than 2 days, we will contact you immediately.
We charge ACTUAL UPS RATES. We do not mark up shipping and there are no handling charges included in our shipping rates. Please keep in mind most of these items are large and can weigh 20 pounds or more, so the shipping rates may be a little higher than you expected. The overall average is around $25. Please note, listings with \"Free and Flat Rate Shipping\" offers apply only to the continental United States. For areas outside the continental USA, we will be happy to give you a quote for shipping.
TRACKING: Once your item has shipped from our warehouse,you will receive a shipment confirmation email. UPS tracking numbers will be uploaded to and available in your order details for the item you purchased.

Some of these items are also returned because they were not wanted due to a wrong color or they were received as a gift and returned. We don’t take Crosley items that have suffered water damage, obvious cosmetic damage, or have known inherent mechanical issues. We only take the best returns available and utilize our trained technicians to ensure you get a quality product. We work hard to ensure all products meet our high quality expectations before they leave our facility.
