20\" Hard Plastic Vintage Pedigree Toddler Doll
Mandy ~ with that so cute watermelon smile!
This doll is in very nice vintage condition and amongst one of the harder to find with this cute smile.
According to Frances Baird\'s reference on Hard Plastic Dolls she was made pre 1952. Her larger seamed hands confirm she was certainly made pre 1952 according to this book, see page 92.
She is marked Pedigree Made in England on her back and Made in England on back of her neck.
Molly is dressed in a cute cotton dress made by another talented dolly dressmaker on .
It is a cute print showing children with animals and their toys. It is teamed with a geometric pattern which matches very well. Trimmed with pink ric rac it was sold to me as a Pedigree like dress.
She has dark pink vintage cinderella shoes on with striped multi coloured socks.
I have made her a pedigree style hat to match her outfit trimmed with butterfly ribbons, butterflies, pearls, braid and vintage lace.

She is a lovely even peachy shade and her plastic is in very nice condition.
Gorgeous clear flirty sleeping blue eyes

What has been done:
A complete clean including a shampoo
and set for her hair.
Eyelid paint touched up.
Restrung
Eye bar reglued to allow more efficient flirty eyes.
Things to note:
Her mama sound box can easily be replaced.
Her eyes work welll and sometimes need a gentle shake of encouragement.
Hair is giving good coverage but showing the traditional dryness on ends.
I have applied a hair net which always help with this.
