Description:
The original factory exterior color you see is called \"Out of the Blue\" and is a rare choice offered only a few years and not often seen on the EXT\'s. The interior is Grey and is excellent shape with no rips or tears outside of the lower driver seat side bolster. The vehicle has 88650 original miles on it and is not currently in daily use. However the mileage may increase a few miles per week that it is for sale as I try to take her out at least once each week.
This car has been very well cared for and thus it is in excellent overall condition. It is not perfect however and does have some typical wear and minor flaws one would expect from any used car over 12 years of age. You can rest assured that it remains an attractive, classy, impressive vehicle that has frequently attracted attention and positive comments from those in the general public throughout each of the years of my ownership. This truck has been my reliable weekday driver during the length of my ownership. It has seen modest use during this time as I have averaged about 7500 miles per each year of ownership. The car was always serviced ontime at a reputable GM dealer and/or an AC/Delco GM certified repair shop and I have all the original repair records and receipts since i purchased the vehicle 4 years ago including even oil changes. Also the truck was just recently inspected by an AC/Delco GM certified technician and had over $1000.00 dollars worth of repairs performed to correct dificiences in the front end handling as well as the rear brake rotors.
This is a very reliable & versatile truck that can adapt in many ways to suit your needs. The back window comes out and stores within the mid gate wall located between the rear seats and the truck bed. This mid gate has the ability to fold flat to create s very large opening that provides a 8\'6\" bed whenever the situation calls for it. We used to haul two 8\' kayaks in the bed and were still able to keep the bed covers on for security and privacy and the tailgate shut and locked as if nothing was on board at all. You can also choose to put all 4 windows completely down, open the roomy sunroof, and remove the rear window out of the truck to really deliver that open air feeling whenever you desire.
I have owned the truck for 4 years and have done many upgrades on her during that time.
When I purchased the vehicle it was competely stock with the exception of a stainless steel corsa performance exhaust that provides a classy, solid, yet subtle throaty rumble. This is not overbearing system at all.
The upgrades i have performed include the following;
New cadillac emblems both front and rear
New professionally installed tint on the front 2 windows and rear window as needed to match the factory tinted glass found standard on the rear 2 windows
new foglight assemblies
new OEM rear window latches for use in securing the removed rear window
new interior-installed brushed aluminum \"Cadillac\" running boards

Pioneer 6 disc in dash DVD/CD changer to replace existing factory cd only changer
Wireless remote for stereo
Bluetooth functionality and microphone for hands free calling installed
Iphone integration cable to connect to an Iphone 4,5, 6 + and magnetic phone cradle/stand
New JL Audio 10\" subs with custom enclosures designed to fit perfectly under the rear seats

I am selling the truck as my work commute and schedule have changed and I no longer require an AWD vehicle to help guarantee my arrival 12 months out of the year. I am much more of a sports car/muscle car nut and not really a truck person(this was my first truck). I personally desire two door performance coupes for both my daily driving and pleasure cruises and for this purpose I have already purchased a newer Callaway Camaro SS to use as a daily car during the summer months and plan to pickup something similar but more \"used\" as winter approaches.
We have used the truck to do tasks such as hauling our kayaks, picking up/moving furniture, and picking up other large purchased items. IMO, this truck is too nice to use in order to perform other typical truck activities like hauling sticks and lawn debris, or hauling mulch or building materials and was never used as such during my possession in an effort to keep it in nice shape.
Known problems with the vehicle include the following;
The drivers seat has some tearing on the side bolster and it\'s heated seat works intermittently but not often
the instrument gauge cluster has a crack on the far left side since i have owned the truck
there are approximately 4-5 tiny bulbs that need replaced out of the uncountable amount of interior cockpit lighting found all over the doors, the dash, the steering wheel, etc
the rear passenger window closes very slow when humid and needs help to close at times.
the second row sound controls no longer function due to the $3k receiver/dvd/sound system upgrade
Depending on your climate, the truck may need tires in the next 10k miles or so?

Iwould strongly recommend use of a individual enclosed hauler to best protect the vehicle from road debris type hazards that they are exposed to on the highways as well as potential damage from the unloading/loading of many vechicles as the car hauler truck makes its various deliveries along the way
On some of my past experiences,I have had problems with both random scratches(multiple!) and scuffing rubbing damage on the front and rear bumpers off vehicles that I had shipped on commercial-group delivery open air haulers.
Vehicle is for sale by owner and is as-is with no warranty.
