• California \"Exempt\" vehicle license plate• 1982 series used until the end of 1987 - blue characters on a reflective white background• This plate features the sun graphic and stripes behind the state name, and the words \'The Golden State\" at the bottom. This design was awarded “Plate of the Year” by the Automobile License Plate Collectors Association in 1983. California discontinued the sun graphic in 1987.• Octagon \"E\" used for cities, counties and local districts (state agencies had a the E in a diamond)• In very good condition - very clean - see photo for condition.• Check out my other items for sale including more California Exempt plates.• I will combine shipping for multiple plates.
