The pendant is a 1\" heart shaped multi-stone inlay with a large bale for hanging on any chain, cord or choker. The reverse is exquisitely engraved sterling silver. The matching sterling silver multi-stone inlay dangling spiral earrings hang 1 3/4\" from the post. Originally purchased in Tucson in 2006.
