This is a fabulous hand carved cameo of a pretty Italian Woman with large hoop earrings and flowing hair. It is carved on a Bullmouth Helmet sea shell. These are very collectible. This was handcarved in Italy. Measures 5 inches tall and 4 inches at its widest point. This is a fabulous item for your collection. This was purchased at an estate sale, the people had toured Italy for a summer back in 1974. This has a few chips off of the shell near the top, this seems to be natural to the shell.
