Here is an original strip installment \"And Nothing Can Be Done About It\" by great American cartoon artist Harold Tucker (H. T.) Webster. This is framed and measures 16 x 20.5. The size of the drawing withing the lines is 11.75 x 14.75\". It both disparages Japanese (which at the time was the way it was) and women in one fell swoop! I think you would have to know what \"the dummy\" means in the lingo of the time which I do not. If you don\'t want the frame and just want the cartoon and mat, the shipping will be less. This is more of a consideration for West Coast or International purchases. The cost won\'t be that different on the East coast.
