Measurements are given for clothing, please check them carefully as each manufacturer has a different idea of what a particular size is, please message if you would like a measurement you don\'t see listed. Mannequin used is a 1/2 mannequin in a small size- it is only to give an idea of the item and larger sizes may hang differently on mannequin than they will on a person. Many clothing brands have outlet and/or factory stores these days, on most items I sell I do not know if the item is an outlet or factory item or not, but I do provide clear pictures of tags.

Postal rates went up Jan. 2016 and are reflected in the cost of shipping, I don\'t add any handling fees, I only charge postal shipping based on online rates. Combined Shipping- I will try to combine shipping for any item I sell whenever I can safely do so. Many times I will have combined shipping discounts already applied on -check under shipping/payments tab to see. If nothing is noted, feel free to send me a message letting me know what you are interested in and I will let you know if I can combine and what the amount will be. If combined shipping discounts are not noted on I will have to invoice before payment in order for discount to apply. I try to live my life in an eco friendly way, many times items are shipped using recycled boxes and packing material whenever possible- please consider the Environment and recycle or reuse any packaging you receive.

I am a smoke free home but pet friendly (that means I have a cat, she is my mascot and while I try my best to keep her hair off your items an occasional one may sneak past me-please don\'t hold it against either one of us.) Items listed as estate, sale lot finds- I do not know their history of use/treatment prior to my ownership, but I won\'t sell anything that smells of smoke unless specifically stated( I try to avoid those as well)

Washing clothing items properly is always recommended before wearing, just like you would if you bought it at a store. I wash using a scented detergent/fabric softener- please be aware of this if you are sensitive to such items, and feel free to ask me what I use if necessary. If an item is marked as dry clean, I can not verify on any used clothing item if it was always dry cleaned prior to my obtaining it.

Nearly all items I sell are pre owned and may show signs of use/wear. I inspect each item before listing and try to list any visible/known imperfections but am not perfect and may occasionally miss something that may be amiss on an item. If you find this to be the case after receiving your purchase- please contact me via messages and let me know so that I may try to remedy the situation.

I always leave response after buyer has left response, usually once a week I will updateI ship items Monday-Friday daily, I will only ship on Saturday when it won\'t interfere with family activities.
I ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico- please keep in mind for shipping times to any of these places that shipping can take longer than shipping within the Continental US, but I do ship same or next business day after cleared payment
