Buyer is responsible for all shipping quotes, arrangements andcosts; however, we are happy to assist in obtaining a shipping estimate if youcontact us with a zip code.

Once the buyer has chosen the freight company, we will work tofacilitate the pickup.

For Furniture and Large Case Items:

There are two shipping options:

1. Free local pick up. We are located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

2. Freight/Moving Company.

Payment for shipping and insurance will be paid directly to thefreight company.

Furniture must be picked up by buyer or chosen freight companywithin 15 days of cleared payment.

Storage fees will be $25.00 per piece of furniture for everyweek after the 15 day period.

Once the item has been purchased, it is in the buyer’spossession. We are not responsible for any damage during storage or shipping.

Any insurance claims will be strictly between the buyer and thefreight company in question. All shipping arrangements and special requests arebetween the buyer and shipping company.
