This First Day Cover for the Celebrate the Century 1930s 32c stamp, produced by The Postal Commemorative Society were canceled with a special FDOI postmark on September 10th, 1998 in Cleveland, OH. The stamp has a beautiful 22K Gold Replica of the Stamp bordered by blue velvet on the left half of the cover. On the description card is a few paragraphs about the subject and the stamps designer.
