Charles H. Reinike III started his series of pewter ornaments in 1988. The first 25ornaments were angels.In 2013, Reinike began a series of birds.
The \"Descending Dove\" carrying an olive branch is a symbol of Peace and Hope.
The artist hand-casts the ornaments in fine pewter and signs them. Each ornament is finished on BOTH sides and measures approximately 4 ¾ x 2 ¼ inches.
The ornaments make wonderful gifts. Many collectors display them year round or even wear them as pendants.
