We are offering a VERY CHARMING ANTIQUE Christmas PLATE BY WALTER R. DUFF. It has a Merry Christmas and Holly Berry Design on the front of the plate with gold trim. The back reads \'Then drink to the holly berry, With hey down, hey down derry; The mistletoe we\'ll pledge also, And at Christmas all be merry.\' This festive Yuletide plate was Designed & Copyrighted by Walter R. Duff. MADE IN ENGLAND. There is also an imprint MAR 1947 on the back.The plate is in good vintage condition. There is crazing commensurate with its age. The gold is intact; however, there are a few small fleabites along the edge as indicated in the pictures.
