(MARY) An amazing piece of art...the craftsmanship is breathtaking...she is absolutely beautiful.
This item speaks aloud the Art Nouveau,Art Deco period and does so with a grace and quality prevalent to that era.
This pill box has a bale to hang from a necklace if you wish. The hinge is tight,it opens as it would have back then and closes with certainty accompanied by an audible snap. The high points have escaped the years retaining it\'s detail,everything you could hope for in a treasured gift that was meant to be used more frequently.
When opened...it reveals a simple endearing inscription to his dearest Marie on Christmas Day 1927 from her very thoughtful hubby.
I have not seen a pill box like this nor has other respectable individual that I have shown the item to.
An impressive rare piece with a heart felt time & tale that spins emotions.No markings anywhere to be found and the last picture shows what imperfections I could find...on the edge. It measures 2 x 1 & 1/4 and weights 19.9 grams. Any questions please feel free
