very good condition with stains on the reverse from once being pasted to a page in a sample book of Civil War coversI\'ll be listing hundreds of Civil War Patriotic postal covers, stationary and other Civil War paper items in the next few weeks that came from an important collection. I know little about this area of collecting so I\'m starting each item at a minimum amount and let the sales determine the values.
