The elastic and ribbon tie waist will accommodate a range of waist sizes, while the inner vertical drawstrings can pull the skirt up to various lengths, creating poufs of gathers around the skirt. For the fullest look, this skirt is sold together with a \"hoop\" slip/underskirt. Unlike many popular \"hoop\" products that crease under pressure, this one is much more forgiving. Solid cordlike \"hoops\" that hold the skirt out from the body can be re-shaped by warming to soften the product (a brief toss in the clothes dryer will work), followed by shaping into a circle as it cools. The elastic waist is accessible and adjustable, and a lower ruffle adds to the full look.
