Up for sale is the rare Childs Toy Glass Table Set in the Long Diamond or Pointed Jewell pattern manufactured by the US Glass Company. This set does not come onto the market very often. It is illustrated on page 212 of the book, \"Toy Glass\" by Doris Lechler. You could normally describe the condition of this set as excellent without further comment but I am always critical of my own descriptions and do indicate the smallest of imperfections without the standard indication of bubbles in the glass and a stress line here or there. The butter has one small flake on the base rim where the lid sets. The sugar has a small rough spot on the rim of the base. The creamer is defect free. The spooner has a couple of tiny flakes on the top rim. With all of the sharp edges on this set, its a miracle that you only find the small amount of imperfections noted.
