marked on bottom and inside top but in top is so sn=mall ican\'t see it , this is awesome i am bummed about the tip of the stem being chipped off , i really did not notice it when i bought it ,i bought it for a teapot collection , i will say i saw one like this where about 1/4 of the lid was just broken off and they soltheirs like thatofr the same price i am asking , its so cute it looks like its little 3 legs are snail shells and of course the little frog .see photos with tape measure for dimensions and soda can as a good comparison for size , otherthan the issue of stem its in fantastic shape and i think its CHINESE but maybe JAPANESE i trulydont know , but i do know it was made over there somewhere because it was brought back as a gift they told me . anyway sold as is , no returns on this little guy please
