The COA is still in it\'s original envelope along with the registration card. It is still taped to theStyrofoamcontainer. The votive cup has underwater sea life on it also and goes beautifully with the wall sconce. There appears to be a light scuff mark on the top of the votive holder, but can not be seen when the votive cup is sitting on the Wall sconce. Original freetea-lightcandle is also included.
