This is a late Victorian era fairy light or candle lamp in emerald green glass, 2-3/4 inches high by 2-1/4\" diameter. Candles were placed inside to hang on the Christmas tree, and the lights were hung from strung wires outside as well.

The interior has paneled optics - straight ribs above the center groove, swirled ribs below the groove. The groove may be for a looped hanging wire. A wire ring is fused inside with five extending loop hooks. The glass has some bubbles including one on the exterior and there are some minor remnants of candle soot inside. No chips or cracks.
