Condition: Gently used in original box. No chips, cracks, I tested it an found it in working condition including the light posts. Plastic and Resin Construction. The box has notable shelf wear and some writing on it. The Styrofoam packing inside is in great shape and, still holds the set securely in the box (See Photos for Additional Information)
