Nice Vintage English Cased Cigar Cheroot Sterling Silver Holder. This lovely antique piece is Hallmarked Birmingham 1909 and is Genuine Amber [Butterscotch and Baltic] with Ebony. It has been authenticated by a local Jeweler.

The Silver band is stamped with the makers initialsJ.A. [Joseph Angell], silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1909.Totallength 2 1/2\", diameter of end (for cigar) 5/8\"

Condition - goodvintage, no chews or bite marks to mouth piece, there are a few chips on the amber near the ebony. The case shows wear but still shutsclosed; hinges work.

The case is initialedby the Birmingham JewelerG.F.B. [George Frank Bickerton] with Three stars.Green Velvet interior.
