One circa 1910 Imperial Russian solid silver and enamel napkin ring. Oval in cross section.
About 55 x 40 mm and 40mm deep .
Marked With the second Kokoshnik mark ( 84 Zolotniki ) with the Greek letter for St Petersburg
The Assay mark seems to be “ AH “ perhaps it’s a makers mark ... ? Research continues.
On the rim there is a stamp that appears to be a swan , goose or duck ?? , I think that this post dates the making of this item and there is a small set of scratches on the inside of the ring behind the swan stamp . ( Research leads me to believe that this is a French Import stamp for silver goods. ) Decorated with traditional Russian stylized flowers and foliage in shaded polychrome cloisonne enamel. PLEASE see the pictures for condition , hallmarks and details Note We got these at an estate sale and we were told that they had been in the estate since the sellers ancestors had come over from Russia in 1916 or so .... NOTE they are sold AS PICTURED , I have dusted these off so the beauty and detail show through but I have not polished them at all .
