Wonderful Civil War Boy\'s jacket in black wool. 3 rows of brass buttons close the front of this jacket. There are brass buttons on cuffs ( 2 missing ). I show it with a darling boy\'s dress. The length of the jacket is 14 /1/2 \", the chest is 22\", sleeves are 11\". The jacket is lined with light brown cotton lining and has braid all around the edges. It looks like it is completely hand sewn. Condition - there are flea bites on the jacket, I find if I color thelining under theholes they don\'t show. I will leave that for the next owner. Small amounts of braid missing around the collar. Such a wonderful treasure from our countries history.
