Civil War Confederate Gen J.E.B. Stuart ALS Telegraph May 1, 1963-with LOATelegraph to his wife telling her that he \"is again in command of the cavalry. She was Mrs Flora Old of Norfolk, Va.It\'s probable that the handwriting is of the telegraph operator rather than Stuart. Either way, still a significant piece of Civil War history. In a biography about Stuart by Col. John W. Thomason, called J.E.B. Stuart, the telegram is quoted and recognized. The document has been washed and de acidified, and sealed in a archive quality laminated pouch.
