An early Civil War Confederate States of America fifty dollar note. Issued from Richmond on July 25, 1861. Features George Washington in the center. In very good to fine condition. The note has been folded and has some staining but still displays well. It is hard to get the earlier notes in nice condition. Hand cut and hand signed. Guaranteed authentic. Enlarge the scans for more detail.
