Browning, Capt and assistant quartermaster for the 3rd Mass Artillery, for one cavalry horse and four wagon horses, transfer from Lt William Holden AA Quartermaster at Fort Baker D. C. Browning was wounded in action at the Battle of Cedar Mountain.
