This is a important and beautiful hand written \"Civil War\" period, hand written speech. Titled \"On Time As It Changes\" This came out of a historical document collection I will be listing this week. Some of the documents are marked \"Written For President\". This mentions President Lincoln at the very beginning of the speech (See Photograph)
This is a extensive detailed document which is written on the entire front, and inside, two more pages. Which is so detailed I could not show the entire speech. There is a interesting \"Crown\" water mark on upper right corner. This is in wonderful condition for its great age.
