For transportation of the army, to support the Flotilla on the Mississippi River...Acts and Laws concerning the Marine Corps of the United States, for support of their service, furnishing their weapons, Flags, drums and ordnance stores, etc. Details too of the make up of the many regiments, that each will have a Chaplain, voted on and appointed by the Commander of each of the regiments.

An Oath of Allegiance Act and Law, requiring all persons in the Civil Service be required to take., etc etc.
