Fuld 98/291a (copper) R-5 AU+ Details - minor verdegris traces Late Die State with obverse cud

This token was distributed by New York City token maker Emil Sigel and it is a very scarce variety struck only on copper planchets. This is a lightly circulated specimen with minor verdegris on its surfaces. The color is medium brown with hints of red. It is mostly well struck and the surfaces exhibit satiny luster. This token is a late die state with a cud that has formed on the obverse die.
