Civil War Day / Work Dress Set
Set includes: Dress with Vintage Collar, and Vintage ApronNice quality homespun dress with a very authentic feel. Earthy brown with woven beige box check.
The dress is made in one piece, with attached bodice and skirt.
Fully lined, fitted bodice, with front hook and bar closure. Piped neckline and period drop-shoulder seams.
Vintage cream cotton collar with attractive eyelet work and scalloping along the edges. Very nice vintage condition.
Vintage dark metal buttons at the front ends of the collar and at the cuffs of the full gathered sleeves.
Amply full skirt is gathered and hand sewn to the bodice waist. The dress is a new reproduction.
Delicate cream coloured apron is rather petite and ideal for serving tea. Pretty soft lace inserts and border. Good vintage condition.
Measurements are approximately: Bust 40, Waist 32, Skirt front length 44, Circumference of skirt 165inches.

Brooch not included.
