Beautiful Civil War Colonial or Edwardian Skirt, and Cape. Ideal for Theater or Dickens event!

Skirt has a drawstring waist making it fit everyone and a 104\" sweep. It is 43\" long. The skirt is a polyester blend blue gingham check fabric with a blue ribbon trim at the hem. The cape is lined, and made blue moire taffeta fabric. It has a ribbon tie at the neck. The sash is blue satin.

Since the skirt has a drawstring waist it can be worn in 2 different ways: gathered around evenly or straight in the front with all of the gathering in the back making it an Edwardian style.

The crinoline and blouse are not included.
