Beautiful Civil War Colonial or Edwardian Skirt, and Cape. Ideal for Theater or Dickens event!

Skirt has a drawstring waist making it fit everyone and a 124\" sweep. It is 43\" long. The skirt is a cotton blend grey fine print fabric. The cape is lined, and made of black cotton blend fabric. The cape is trimmed in an ivory fringe trim at the lower edge. It has a ribbon tie closure at the neck. The sash is black satin.

Since the skirt has a drawstring waist it can be worn in 2 different ways: gathered around evenly or straight in the front with all of the gathering in the back making it an Edwardian style.

The crinoline and blouse are not included.
