This is a Fine Bone China COALPORT, Made in England, Collector\'s Plate - GURKHA PLATE. It is a Limited Edition plate and is number 145 of 1000. The plate is in perfect like-new condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or marks of any kind. It looks as if it were never even displayed. It even has the new-plate inspection sticker attached to the back.
The plate features 13 Gurkha Badges around the outside portion of the plate. The badges, a wide band around the edge and another band 2\" in from the edge are all a dark green color. The plate measures about 11\" across.
Marked on the back is \"KAPHAR HUNU BHANDA MARNU RAMRO\", which is the Gurkha\'s motto and translates to, \"It is better to die, than to live a coward\".
