- We do offer a pick-up option for local buyers who would like to save shipping charges; handling fees still apply.

- All orders must be pre-paid online at least 24 hours prior to picking up.
- Pick up hours are Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 2:30pm, excluding holidays.
- Please bring a printed receipt and a photo ID when picking up your order. For our buyers\' protection, orders will be released only to those named on the order unless alternate arrangements are made prior to the pick-up.
- Orders must be picked up within 14 days of payment. Orders not picked up within 14 days of payment will automatically be refunded less a $2.00 fee for each item in the order with no further notice to the buyer.
- Your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.
- All Returns must have prior approval from customer service to be accepted.
- Return/refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the item, and items approved for return must be shipped back within seven (7) days of approval.
- Approved return orders will be refunded the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping and handling) less a restocking fee of 25% or $11, whichever is less.
- Full refunds will only be approved for items that were damaged during shipping or if there was a gross misrepresentation of the item in the sale description.
- All items must be returned in their original listed condition. Items that have been altered will not be refunded.
- Returned items that qualify for free shipping will be refunded the price paid less our shipping costs.
- Orders returned as undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, insufficient address, or an unknown reason will be refunded the amount paid for the item only less a restocking fee of 25% or $11, whichever is less.
