Payments:

Payments must be made immediately on Buy It Now listings, and as soon as possible for sales. Neutroniks reserves the right to cancel any listing which is not made within a reasonable time. The time is dependant on quantity of item in stock and market desirability/demand.

Purchasing:

Most purchases are performed through PayPal. Alternative payment methods may be available, depending on the buyer\'s location, the category the item is listed in, etc. Send us a message if you have any questions or would like to recommend an alternate method of payment. All payments are subject to \'s Accepted Payments Policy.

Shipping:

NOTICE: A number of our products have high handling times - We don\'t keep each and every product in local stock. While we try to keep top sellers available for immediate shipment, we are a small yet growing company and in an attempt to service you the customer better, and offer the best pricing possible, we also list products which are available through our vendors. In these cases, we put in large stocking orders every few days and once the item arrives from our vendor, we will then forward the product onto you. Tracking will not be available while the item is being transported from our vendor to our warehouse. Once we forward the item onto you, a tracking number will be added to the order. Please note by purchasing this item, you are agreing to up to a 10-day handling time. Because we are special ordering this product specifically to fulfill your order, order cancellation requests will not be honored once the item has been ordered from our vendor.

Please also note that some orders will not include tracking -- Specifically when the item can be shipped via USPS Flat or standard envelope.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:

Neutroniks will exchange a damaged or defective part within 14 days of customer\'s receipt. Only one exchange will be made. If the customer decides to return a defective/damaged item rather than exchange, they agree to pay a 20% restocking fee and to pay the cost of return shipping. Returns are not provided on non-defective parts.
