\"Holiday Skaters\" Collector plate was created by Lloyd Garrison. This is the First Issue in the annual collection entitled \"Scenes of Christmas Past\", Collector\'s Plate Series.
The plate was issued in 1987 by \"The Bradford Exchange\" of Des Plaines, Illinois. This plate comes in a wooden frame ready to hang on your wall. Crafted in fine china under the hallmark of W.S.George.
