A: Sometimes. If your gun has amofferextrous safety levers and the right side safety lever has a retaining lever that sits against the fram, then these will not fit. You may want to consider our pewter grips in the same design, which can easily be modified to fit ambi-safety Several manufacturers (Kimber and Rock Island Armory as examples) use alternate methods of retaining the right side safety lever and do not require grips with an ambi safety cut-out. These guns do not have the retaining lever on the right side safety. In these rare cases, these gold grips will fit. Please double-check your gun before purchasing.

Q: Will these fit a Taurus PT1911?
A: No. The Taurus gun is cut differently and will not fit.Q: Will these fit a compact 1911?

A: We plate our gold grips with 24k gold. Cheaper 14k gold has a lame yellow look. Ours look fabulous in ship right away when you use PayPal!
